Registration and subscription data are the only personally identifiable information that TrendPointers collects from the subscriber. This information includes your e-mail address, your name, mailing address and telephone number. TrendPointers does not rent or sell your email address to anyone.

The name TrendPointerssm will be used for all references to the service described. TrendPointers has developed a service to provide information collected directly from its own sources and from subscriber submissions about current issues that appear in public and private media that may have an eventual effect on investment decisions and performance. The TrendPointers reports and charts are intended to provide the user with ideas and guidance for possible actions to enhance investment decisions, but TrendPointers makes no direct or indirect warranty as to the actual effectiveness of its reports.

Unauthorized use of these names and/or logos is prohibited by law. All designs, web pages and terminology which describe the company's products are copyrighted by the Company beginning in 2003. Subscribers may download and reproduce the trend information found in the newsletter and on our website for personal use. Reuse of the TrendPointers information for commercial use is prohibited. Quotes and extracts for use in commercial applications may be used without permission on the condition that TrendPointers is properly credited as the source and the link URL address www.TrendPointers.com is provided.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payment for subscription services will be made by automatic credit card or Paypal debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed upon expiration unless TrendPointers is notified. Subscribers can cancel at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 60 days of the subscription.

SUBSCRIBER CONTRIBUTIONS
TrendPointers subscriber information will be held in complete confidence and never shared with any other party. The subscriber information is only used in aggregate in summary reports only. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of information provided by subscribers. TrendPointers is under no obligation to post or use any submission provided and may remove any submission at any time in its sole discretion.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
TrendPointers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any subscriber access to any or all TrendPointers reports and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice for failure to comply with the rules governing the use of the TrendPointers reports and website.

TECHNOLOGY LIABILITIES
TrendPointers will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by the service or any content from the service, including, but not limited to, any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failure of performance or computer virus. TrendPointers does not warrant that the functions contained in the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the subscriber's own discretion and risk and is solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading of such content. The subscriber assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

SECURITY
TrendPointers takes the security of your personal information seriously and is constantly improving efforts to protect it. However, no electronic communication over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secured. TrendPointers cannot warrant the security of any information that you submit to us. We do not share your credit card number with other parties, other than those involved with the administration of your subscription. We do not share other information except as described in this policy. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from TrendPointers, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. TrendPointers shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received.

By executing an agreement with TrendPointers Advisory by clicking on "I Accept", the subscriber acknowledges that they have read and understand the contents of this agreement and agree to be legally bounded thereby.
